KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASI KANUNU (KVKK) AYDINLATMA METNİ
1. Veri Sorumlusu Kimliği
SmmHELL olarak, kişisel verilerin korunmasına büyük önem vermekteyiz. Bu metin, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'ne ait 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla, kişisel verilerin işlenmesi ve korunması hakkında sizleri bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
2. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amacı
Toplanan kişisel verileriniz, aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenmektedir:
- Hizmetlerimizi sunmak ve geliştirmek,
- Sözleşme süreçlerinin yürütülmesi,
- Müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi ve iletişimi,
- Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi,
- Pazarlama ve analiz faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi.
3. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler
İşlenen kişisel verileriniz, ad, soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, IP adresi ve diğer ilgili bilgilerdir.
4. Kişisel Verilerin Toplanma Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi
Kişisel verileriniz, internet sitemiz, mobil uygulamalarımız, sosyal medya hesaplarımız ve çağrı merkezimiz üzerinden toplanmaktadır. Verileriniz, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'ne ait KVKK'nın 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen hukuki sebepler doğrultusunda işlenmektedir.
5. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması
Toplanan kişisel verileriniz, kanunen yetkili kamu kurumları ve özel kişiler ile paylaşılabilir. Ayrıca, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında bulunan iş ortaklarımız, tedarikçilerimiz ve hizmet sağlayıcılarımız ile paylaşılabilir.
6. Kişisel Verilerin Saklanma Süresi
Kişisel verileriniz, ilgili mevzuatta belirtilen süreler boyunca veya işlenme amaçlarının gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanacaktır.
7. KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız
Kişisel veri sahipleri olarak, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'ne ait KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
- Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
- Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
- Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
- Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'ne ait KVKK’ya uygun olarak işlenmiş olmasına rağmen, işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması hâlinde kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
- Düzeltme, silme veya yok etme işlemlerinin kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
- İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
- Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) CLARIFICATION TEXT
1. Identity of the Data Controller
As SmmHELL, we place great importance on the protection of personal data. This text has been prepared to inform you about the processing and protection of personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") of the Republic of Turkey, in the capacity of data controller.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The personal data collected is processed for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve our services,
- To manage contract processes,
- To manage customer relationships and communication,
- To fulfill legal obligations,
- To carry out marketing and analytical activities.
3. Processed Personal Data
The personal data processed includes name, surname, email address, phone number, IP address, and other relevant information.
4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through our website, mobile applications, social media accounts, and call center. Your data is processed in accordance with the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK of the Republic of Turkey.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
The collected personal data may be shared with legally authorized public institutions and private individuals. Additionally, it may be shared with our business partners, suppliers, and service providers located domestically or abroad.
6. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data will be retained for the periods specified in the relevant legislation or for the duration required by the purposes for which they are processed.
7. Your Rights Under the KVKK
As personal data subjects, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK of the Republic of Turkey:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate processing of your personal data,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data despite being processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant laws, in case the reasons requiring processing cease to exist,
- To request the notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction operations made to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to any result that is to your detriment by means of the analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
